Secure, embedded space with localized power and data input/output capable of hosting technology applications such as IoT and edge compute devices.

Robust sensor board coupled with voltage monitoring and power distribution enables data collection at 1 square meter resolution.

Protective encasement acting as a power and fiber conduit. Scalable, modular, and upgradable paver system.

The distribution & monitoring system inside the accessible conduit branches off to provide localized power and data connectivity in/out to the edge colocation space.

THIRD-PARTY LABORATORY VALIDATION: SAFETY & STRENGTH

Our system has been laboratory tested to meet AASHTO’s HS-20 (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) loading specification of 40,000 pounds. This is a series of structural tests to confirm load capacity specifically for installing the system on highways and roads.

 

The accessible conduit is in compliance with the requirements for IP2X Rating. This is an important safety standard, that ensures that all electronics are touch-proof. Specifically, the design prevents anything larger than 12.5mm from being able to access electrical internals, thus helping to ensure public safety.
